Description:
Adphoam® non-woven fabric phenolic foam wall insulation panel is made of phenolic aldehyde foam covered with non-woven fabrics which should be torn off during construction. Both phenolic foam and the non-woven fabric have the advantages of breathable, waterproof, non-toxic and odorless, no combustion, non-irritating. We know fires concerning insulation material would unavoidably happen in our life even during process of construction because of electric welding, open flame, poor construction practices etc. The traditional insulation material like polystyrene foam and polyurethane foam are both flammable and should continually produce melting drippings and toxic smoke, at the same time release (CFCs) chlorofluorocarbons, ( HFCs) hydrofluorocarbons, freon and other gases harmful to our environment. So they can't meet the standard of safe and comfort. While phenolic foam wall insulation panel, as a new product, has the most advantages and has gradually replaced the traditional insulation materials. The Features of Adphoam® non-woven fabric phenolic wall insulation foam:
1. Superior fire performance: Organic insulation material (Fireproof foam insulation) such as polyurethane and polystyrene, would produce smoke and poison, likely to cause death and increase the difficulty of fire suppression if exposed to fire. While phenolic insulation board is nonflammable, its combustion performance is up to A-level, maximum service temperature can reach 180 ° C (to allow for instantaneous 250 ° C). The anti-flame capability of a phenolic foam panel with thickness of 100 mm is without being penetrated for burning for one hour or more. And it will be carbonized with no dripping, no curling, no melting phenomenon. A layer of "graphite foam" would be formed on the surface and which can protect the inner structure of the foam.

2. Excellent insulation property: low thermal conductivity ( below 0.025W / m ? K, 1/2 times of polystyrene, similar to polyurethane ), is an ideal thermal insulation material.

3. Corrosion and aging resistant : It can resist to almost all erosion of inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents. No obvious aging phenomenon for long-term exposure to sunlight.

4. Low density and light weight: The density of phenolic foam is below 100 kg / m3, usually can reach 50 kg / m3 so that can reduce load of the building, then reduce the structural cost. Meanwhile it can improve work efficiency for the convenient construction .

5. Sound absorption performance: Phenolic insulation board has excellent sound absorption performance so that people can live in a quit surrounding. And open-cell foam structure is more conducive to the sound absorption.

6. Environmental protection: Rock wool, glass wool are both harmful to our environment and human being. Polyurethane, polystyrene will decompose toxic gases like hydrogen cyanide and carbon monoxide when combusted. While phenolic foam insulation board is safe enough to up to the national and international environmental requirements as well as standards for no fiber and using CFC-free foam-technology.
